该TC设备可用于切割墨西哥玉米薄饼和皮塔饼，用不锈钢刀组切成楔形。定制刀组也可以切成矩形，方形和圆形片状，这取决于产品的形状。TC-1单刀组切割机最为经济实惠。对于更大切割产量需求，推荐使用TC-2双刀组转盘切割，这样可以达到一个刀组在装料时，另一个刀组在切割。高产量的工业化生产，可使用TC-200（底部切割）或TC-5A2（顶部切割），这两款属于带传送线的双工位切割设备。
