The TC line is designed to cut tortilla and pita rounds into wedge chips using stainless steel blade sets. Custom blade sets can also cut rectangles, squares, and circle chips depending on product makeup. The TC-1 is the most economical slicer using a single blade set. For larger production the TC-2 uses 2 blade sets on a swivel platform so that one can be loaded while the other is being portioned. High volume industrial facilities use the TC-200 (bottom cut) or TC-5A2 (top cut) which are custom built 2 station inline slicers with conveyor systems.
