HORIZONTAL CAKE LAYERS
FoodTools horizontal layer cake slabbing machines cut perfectly level layers every time no matter who is doing the slicing. The reciprocating blade(s) and conveyor(s) are independently adjustable to achieve accurate layer thickness and optimal cut quality for a wide range of products. An optional top drive conveyor can be added to hold both the top and bottom layers in place while being sliced. Multi-blade machines improve output by cutting several layers each pass while the same can be achieved with a single blade machine by cycling the product through multiple times.
