The newly redesigned CS-8B-1 has evolved from decades of proven layer cake cutting machines. The original CS-8 grew into the CS-8AW series with a more robust design and the ability to add 2 or 3 cutting blades to increase throughput. The model eventually gained an optional top drive conveyor to cut a wider range of products. This newest machine builds on three decades of learned engineering and is our most innovative horizontal cake slabber yet.
The new model uses industry leading components and has been designed to exceed the most stringent food safety and sanitation requirements. The Teflon coated reciprocating blade combined with a top drive conveyor and adjustable drive speed gives the CS-8B-1 the ability to horizontally slice a wide range of bakery products and breads.
