AUTOMATING CHEESECAKE CRUSTS
A specified weight of crumbs is poured into the pan, then the machine operator takes a few seconds to spin press the crumbs into a firm crust. FoodTools is able to build accessories for any custom pan size available. The bakery can also designate whether the crumb crust should be bottom only, or be packed onto the bottom as well as the side walls to any specific height.
