This high-production inline machine features four cutting stations with manual product loading, quick-change product holders, and can cut various cake diameters. Touch screen operation enables complete machine and recipe control and precision adjustments. The conveyor is servo driven product staging and product centering brackets ensure that all products are portioning the same every time. Auto-load conveyor, servo driven cutting blades for speed & accuracy, and exit conveyor for packaging functions are available as options. This machine is designed for large production bakeries needing a high speed round cake cutting solution.
