LARGE PRODUCTION CRUMB FORMING
The ACCUFORM Series is a scalable inline automated crumb base forming system that can press and form crumb product into as many as 2,400 round pans per hour. The system uses onload and offload conveyors and can include 1, 2, 3, or 4 forming stations. Pie tins, round pans, or bottomless forms are filled with an exact measurement of crumb product and loaded onto the machine. The conveyor indexes the pans into position where the pan is held stationary while a spinning plow spreads, compacts, and forms a durable and accurate crumb base. The forming process is similar to the standalone CS-7C but the ACCUFORM Series is designed for high production facilities needing complete automation and higher throughput.
