The CP line of sheet product pressing machines form dough, crumbs, rice krispie treats, energy and granola bars and more into sheet pans, boxes, or custom forms and molds. Product is loaded into the machine and a press plate is set to a specific thickness to press the product across the bottom of the pan or custom form. The CP-1H is a tabletop unit and is designed to press up to half sheet products, while the CP-1F and CP-2F are able to press up to full sheets. Custom holders and press plates can form squares, rectangles and more depending on the specific product makeup.
