ROUND CRUMBS

The CS-7C round crumb forming machine improves cake and pie crumb base quality and consistency. Crumb bases are formed by spinning the pan and using a contoured plow to evenly compact and form the product into the pan. Custom plow accessories can be used to create bottoms only crumb bases as well as to form crumbs across the bottom and up the sides of cake pans or angled pie tins. The thickness of the crumb layer is adjustable and consistent and the process of spin pressing creates a highly compacted and durable crumb base for improved quality finished products.
