The CS-7C and ACCUFORM SERIES are round crumb forming machines that improve cake and pie crumb base quality and consistency. Crumb bases are formed by spinning the pan and using a contoured plow to evenly compact and form the product into the pan. Custom plow accessories can be used to create bottoms only crumb bases as well as to form crumbs across the bottom and up the sides of cake pans or angled pie tins. The thickness of the crumb layer is adjustable and consistent and the process of spin pressing creates a highly compacted and durable crumb base for improved quality finished products. The CS-7C is a small stand-alone machine ideal for small and mid-sized bakeries and the ACCUFORM SERIES is an inline solution built for large production facilities.
