Full Time: 40 Hours/Week

We are seeking a Machine Builder/Assembler with a strong desire to succeed and grow in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate must possess a positive attitude, an excellent work performance history, and a mechanical aptitude. We can teach the rest.

Daily activities that may be required include:

  • Stainless steel surface cleaning and preparation for final assembly.
  • Assemble individual mechanical, pneumatic and electrical components to complete a final assembled machine.
  • Reading and following pneumatic and electrical drawings.
  • Build final packaging crates for shipment of equipment.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs.

Work Experience Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude a must.
  • Excellent attendance record.

  • Team player.

Education Preferred

  • High School diploma.
  • Any technical certifications or classes are a positive.

We are seeking a Machinist with a strong desire to succeed and grow in a manufacturing environment. This individual must possess a positive attitude, an excellent work performance history, a mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to excel in a team environment.

Daily activities that will be taught include:

  • Reading and following blueprints.
  • Setup, programming and machining components per supplied blueprints. Accuracy and First Time Yield are essential.
  • Conversational programming methods. G-Code programming a plus.
  • Proficient in the use of precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, dial indicators and calipers.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs.

Work Experience Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude a must.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Positive attitude.
  • 3 to 5 years practical experience in setup, programming, and operating CNC Mills using conversational programming methods.
