FULL SHEET PRODUCT SLICER
This sheet and brownie cutting machine is perfect for slicing frozen or dry sheet and bar products as well as biscotti loafs, ice cream cakes, pizza products, and more. The machine features a blade set cutting both the x and y axis slices in each blade drop, improving the efficiency and reducing the overall cycle time. The machine can be designed to cut sheets on a product holder or in a box or pan. Custom holders and blades are quickly changed so that multiple types of products can be sliced per run. The CS-10E is best for bakeries slicing 100-150 sheet products per hour.
