That fresh pie comes out of the brick oven and slides onto the stone counter. Someone grabs a pizza knife and expertly rolls out 8 slices, plates them, and they are delivered to your table, fresh, hot, and ready for enjoyment. That’s one way to get pizza, but many FoodTools customers are mass producing frozen portioned gourmet pizzas with the ACCUSLICE-PC pizza cutting line, saving labor costs and offering added efficiency to their clients.

FoodTools Pizza Cutting Machine

The ACCUSLICE pizza line can slice both round and sheet pizzas and uses a single blade or a full bladeset to stamp out all slices in one or two stations. The basic machines can cut around 40 or 50 pizza products per hour, but the fully inline machines are designed to portion up to 2,000+ products per hour. That’s a lot of pies!

The blade sets are designed and created for each customer’s pizza product specifications. The pizza products are portioned frozen, so once through the slicing process they are sent straight to packaging and prepared for distribution. Adding a pizza cutting machine to a pizza production line eliminates the bottleneck of slicing the product by hand, waste from inaccurate portions, and reduces the liability of knives in the workplace by putting them into a safe and secure machine.
