The CS-10TFWA is a full sheet cutting machine designed for sheet product slicing in a midsize baking facility. This unit is one of FoodTools most economical models and is great for a new or growing production line with full sheet dessert products. The CS-10TFWA is semi automatic and uses a mechanical cut pattern while the machine operator uses a hand crank to move the dessert product into place to be cut. The mechanical cut pattern ensures that no matter who is using the machine, each slice will always be exactly the same. This machine can cut products up to 5 inches (12.7 cm) tall and roughly 32 inches (81 cm) wide.
