High speed wholesale bakery facilities thrive on efficiency, and so does the ACCUSONIC-200 high speed ultrasonic inline slicing machine. This inline ultrasonic cutting machine uses two cutting stations and multiple ultrasonic blades to achieve maximum slicing capacity. A conveyor system loads and unloads the products from the cutting area. A sheet of brownies or bars enters the machine and stops under the first set of ultrasonic blades to be cut.

The blades then move on a set of servo motors to make the predetermined slices according to the cut pattern. As the first cut cycle finishes, the bakery product is indexed on the conveyor to the next set of cutting blades. These blades then make the cuts in the opposite direction, creating a specified portion size of bars, squares, or rectangles. After the product has been sliced in both directions, the conveyor carries the completed product out of the machine and can be off-loaded onto a take away conveyor to be moved to the packaging line.
