CHIP PROCESSING SOLUTION
The FoodTools Tortilla Chip Line is a fully integrated system composed of a loading conveyor, TC-200 chip slicer, takeaway conveyor, tumbler, weigh station, box filler and case distribution conveyor. Stacks of tortilla rounds are loaded into the line and automatically indexed, sliced, tumbled, weighed, boxed and trafficked to the packaging and distribution station. Operating continuously the Tortilla Chip Line can process up to 5,400 lbs of tortilla chips per hour. The TC-200 can also be used as a standalone high speed chip cutting machine but for production facilities looking to completely automate their chip slicing and packing process the Tortilla Chip Line is a fully integrated option.
