TORTILLA AND PITA CHIP CUTTING
This tortilla chip cutting machine is a high production unit built to quickly cut tortilla or pita products into wedges. Stacks up to 12″ can be placed in the machine and in one pass will be cut into a specific number of portions with a custom blade set. The sliced product then drops onto a conveyor to be moved into production. Up to 3,600 lbs of product can be cut per hour. This is a great machine for any tortilla or pita production line cutting a high volume of round products into wedges.
