TORTILLA AND PITA CHIP SLICING
This tortilla and pita chip slicing machine is an economical machine to quickly cut tortilla or pita products into wedge chips. Stacks up to 10″ can be placed in the machine and in one pass will be cut into a specific number of portions with a blade set. The machine can slice up to 2,000 lbs of product per hour. The sliced product can drop into a box, bag, or onto a conveyor. This is a great machine for any tortilla or pita production line cutting round products into wedges.
