AUTOMATIC FULL SHEET SLICER
This sheet cake slicer will cut a variety of frozen bakery products, cakes, brownies, and bars in or out of the container or box. The machine features automatic indexing for accurate cut positions and automatic rotation from x to y axis cuts, allowing the operator to simply load the cake, push start, and prepare the next sheet while the machine is slicing. The benefit of using a machine to slice cakes is that no matter who is operating the machine, the portions are always consistent and accurate. This model is best for bakeries slicing 100-150 products per hour.
