MUSHROOM CUTTING MACHINE
This machine stamps products like portobello mushrooms into consistent circles with custom designed stainless steel bladesets and then slices each portion into 2 horizontal slabs with a reciprocating blade. The product is loaded manually into product holders, indexed to the circle bladesets, and once stamped it is moved through the horizontal reciprocating blade on a conveyor with a top drive. The final product is identical circle halves of mushrooms for packaging or processing. This machine is ideal for food production facilities processing a large quantity of mushroom products.
