AUTOMATED ROUND CAKE SLICING
This high-production inline machine features two cutting stations with manual product loading, quick-change product holders, and can cut various cake diameters. Touch screen operation enables complete machine and recipe control and precision adjustments. The conveyor is servo driven with a belt scraper to clean the belt. Auto-load conveyor, servo driven cutting blades for speed & accuracy, automatic roll divider feeders for optimum product presentation, and exit conveyor for packaging functions are available as options. This machine is designed for high production bakeries portioning up to 720 cakes per hour depending on the number of portions.
