The tried and true CS-7C cheesecake crust forming machine can make up to 400 perfectly packed crusts per hour. As our bakery clients have grown many have placed multiple CS-7C machines into their expanding cheesecake production lines to meet increasing demand. While stacking standalone machines with dependable operators creates perfectly formed cheesecake crusts on an industrial scale, this setup can also create a bit of cramped chaos in a fast growing facility.

Our engineering team worked with some of our more space-strapped customers to design the new streamlined and space-saving ACCUFORM SERIES that is more consolidated and compact. Not only does it have a smaller footprint, it removes the need to have an operator for each crumb forming station and once fully optimized it can form crumb bases in more than 2,400 pans per hour.

ACCUFORM Series Rendering.

The ACCUFORM Series is built around an automated crumb base forming assembly that can consist of 1, 2, 3 or 4 forming stations. Conveyors are added before and after the forming assembly to load and offload the round pans and automatically index them through the process. We unveiled the new ACCUFORM Seires with a single station assembly at IBIE 2022.

Each forming station operates like the CS-7A using a pan holder and spinning plow that forms an exact measurement of crumbs into a bottoms only, bottoms and sides or custom designed crumb base to the bottom and walls of each pan. Using the CS-7C an operator loads, forms, and unloads each round pan manually. The ACCUFORM Series indexes, forms, and offloads the pans automatically and with complete onload and offload conveyor automations the process can be made even faster. A fully optimized ACCUFORM line with 4 forming stations can form crusts in up to 40 round pans per minute.
