FULL SHEET PRODUCT PRESS
This model is designed to press and pack crumbs into the bottom of a full sheet pan quickly with up to 7,500 lbs of pressure. The machine can hold 1 full sheet pan or a combination of half sheets, quarter sheets, or flexible molds per cycle. In addition to pressing crumbs the machine can be used to flatten other products like Rice Krispie bars, breakfast bars, flapjacks, and more. The machine is designed to reduce labor cost and improve product quality and is best for bakeries pressing crumbs into more than 100 pans per run.
